Kenn Allen 
Dr.
Kenn Allen is the founder and president of the Civil Society
Consulting Group LLC, a global consulting firm based in Washington
DC that specializes in working with leaders of business, NGOs,
and government to “unleash to power of people to change
the world.” In December 2001, he concluded five years
as the elected volunteer World President of IAVE - The International
Association for Volunteer Effort. He served for eleven years
as a senior executive of the Points of Light Foundation, the
national volunteer center in the United States. Dr. Allen
earned his doctorate in Human Resource Development from George
Washington University. He is the author of several books and
numerous articles and resource tools, with a major emphasis
on corporate community involvement, and has worked as a consultant
and trainer in over 30 countries worldwide.

Suzanne Heiler
Suzanne Heiler is Senior Director, Corporate Services of
the Civil Society Consulting Group LLC in Washington DC. She
is responsible for developing, marketing, and delivering consulting
services to corporations on all aspects of their corporate
community involvement and employee volunteer programs. Immediately
prior to joining CSCG, Suzanne served as Director of Corporate
Volunteer Development at the Points of Light Foundation, with
responsibility for research and product development. She also
worked in the health care industry, managing international
accounts in Latin America and Europe as well as in the United
States.
